How many Internet "money-making" opportunities have you been tempted to join, only to discover that it is the program administrators who are actually making money?  NOT YOU!

Most of those older Internet marketing programs recruit members through false or deceptive advertising.  Often referred to as "newbie traps," their promotional web sites are designed to convince the inexperienced, would-be entrepreneur that "wealth is just a few keyboard clicks away."  The only requirement is that members must be willing to slowly deplete their hard earned money through the medium of the almighty credit card.

Why then do so many Internet marketing programs continue to thrive, even though new recruits seldom remain in any program long enough to earn a substantial return from their investments?

The answer to that question is "simple math!"

Each new member is required to recruit other "paying" members and they, in turn, will recruit more paying members.    Consequently, for every paying member who leaves a program, an average of ten new sponsored members (for example) are still pouring money into the program administrator's bank account.

And when those ten paying members move on to other "dream" programs, they leave behind at least a hundred new paying recruits ... and so on, and so forth, etc., etc.

As long as the program uses a multi-level strategy for recruiting new members, it will continue to grow bigger and bigger and so will the administrator's bank account.

Now, all of this is fine and dandy for the administrators who own and operate their little money-making ventures.  After all, they are the people who are making the "big bucks."

But what about all the people who were duped into joining those dream programs because they too fell for the same promise of a financial windfall?  After they have recruited their own list of "cyber-friends," they usually run out of prospects to place in their downlines.

The reality is that people grow tired of trying to recruit other members.  Pretty soon, they become attracted to another MLM business opportunity, hoping to recoup their losses from previous failed ventures.

Eventually they experience disenchantment with anything that has to do with multi-level marketing.  That doesn't mean that the MLM strategy is flawed, or that it is a pyramid scheme because people who fail at it always seem to lose money.

Why then are so many popular marketing programs unable to hold on to their new recruits on a permanent basis?  Surely, people would not abandon a program if they had a reason to stay!

1.   Direct Sale Marketing of a product or service; with returning customers who buy other related products or services.  (The key here to long term success is usually "returning customers.")

advertising to sell products, one at a time!

2.   Multi-Level Marketing succeeds through the continuous recruiting of other members who are positioned in a matrix at different levels of a "commission" pay scale.    Profits from the sale of a product are split between the Administrator of the program and some of the members in that matrix.  (The Administrator of the program and manufacturer of the products usually taking the larger chunk of the profits.)

must purchase products every month!

Members are required to pay most or all of the costs for advertising to bring in new "sales" recruits (who actually buy the product) and are given very little or no software marketing tools to promote with.

The Administrator of the program also collects monthly dues from each member in order to (1) pay for the cost of building and hosting web sites, (2) maintaining the matrix software, (3) distribution of commissions and (4) continuous email correspondence with members to insure that they remain in the program for as long as possible.

All of that sounds like it is the Administrators who must pay the greater costs for maintaining the program.    The truth is that virtually everything is done automatically because of the SOFTWARE incorporated into the program.  The SOFTWARE does most of the work, while the Administrator keeps most of the profits.

Many MLM programs require that members make monthly auto- purchases of products as a requirement to stay in the program.  This is the reason why so many famous manufacturers of those products hire MLM organizations as an avenue for increasing their own sales.

MLM members are, therefore, actually sales persons who buy the products and recruit new members who also buy those products.    All members receive their profits from tiny commissions shared between themselves and the people they recruit (at different levels below themselves).
