Before I join a Program, I like to
review the FAQs. I figure the questions that are asked are probably going to be my
questions sooner or later. But almost without exception there is always the
question, How much will I make?
This seems to me a supercilious question. The amount of
money anyone makes (or doesnt make) depends on the number of visitors you bring to
their webpage, the number of those same visitors who read what they have to offer, and the
number who ultimately make a purchase.
Whether
Im selling pencils or real estate, how can anyone gauge my efforts as a salesperson?
Truthfully, if I see a program that guarantees that I can make
$15,000 in three months, I move on. If anybody wants to argue this, just send me the
name of your Program and proof that you earned that in three months, and Ill be
happy to sign up under you.
While Im on this subject, I have to admit I have never
filled a matrix, and the only spillover I ever experienced was in my
shower each morning. MLMs take a special talent I guess, or perhaps I end up being
the last human to join, and the program fades into cyber-space.
Making serious money online takes a lot of time, effort, and
you guessed it, money. But I set realistic goals, and work
toward long-term goals at a steady pace.
Theres much more opportunity available online today. The
best part is the Internet doesnt discriminate based on age, religion, race,
education, employment history or even the color of your hair.
But there are a few myths that I would dispel:
ANYONE can make money online. This
is simply not true. Doesnt matter how much you read, if you dont put it
into action, its of no value.
You can GET RICH QUICK on the net.
Not true again. Buying a lottery ticket would be closer to that statement. But
with the right training followed by action, you can be making money online in surprisingly
little time.
Its FREE to do business
online. False again. If this were true, youd have to throw economics out
the window. Yet the cost of an online business is far less than the offline business
start-up and maintenance costs.
Internet Marketing is EASY. Not
so. Yet, is anything worthwhile in life easy? But two factors here
would argue that myth competition, and the results of Internet scams that have
caused visitors to tighten the purse strings.
Its TOO LATE to start an Internet
Business. Hardly. Even considering offline businesses -- new
restaurants, gift shops, giant malls are still being built and opening their doors to the
same old traffic. Poets still write, new songs are being published, and cartoon
movies have taken on a life of their own. But, an online business has no borders,
and your messages are delivered faster than the speed of light.
So tell me, HOW MUCH WILL I MAKE? You dont know, do
you? You cant even guess because in the end, we each decide how much effort to
put into a program and how much money will result from those efforts.
